The treatment processes included space re-opening for the tooth 21 to facilitate replacement with prosthesis, the application of Class III elastics combined with anterior retraction and active tie-back for space closure. Meanwhile, adjustment of bracket position and wire bending were used for detailing and finishing. Interdisciplinary teamwork with orthognathic surgery and prosthetic expertise enhanced rehabilitation of the tooth 21.
