Aims & Scope

Taiwanese Journal of Orthodontics (TJO) is an international, scholarly, peer-reviewed, and free open access publication owned by Taiwanese Association of Orthodontists. All the manuscripts will be peer reviewed by at least two reviewers and the Editors. This journal intends to promote a broad orthodontic platform for keeping every reader up-to-date on scientific orthodontic knowledge, biomedical research discoveries, clinical methods and applications.

Our aim is to publish abreast of original theoretical reports of research that include the latest development of innovative methods and techniques in the orthodontic field, systematic literature reviews of the current state of specific reports on a particular topic, as well as high-quality, evidence-based, and clinical-orientated reports.

TJO publishes articles under certain types: Original article, Review Article and Case report. The types of articles focus on the following classifications:
