Abstract
The cases of Angle Class II Division 2 malocclusion are rare in the population. These cases are characterized by retroclined upper anteriors and deep overbite. Facial profile have relatively retrusive lips as well as prominent chins. Extraction of premolars followed by incisor and lip retraction will further retrude the lips. So decided the extraction treatment plan of these patient requires careful diagnosis. In this case report, we will discuss the considerations of extraction or non-extraction treatment of Class II division 2 malocclusion.
