Abstract

Using intraoral molar distalization appliance is one of the treatments of patients with crowding dentition besides extraction for crowding relief and achievement of normal occlusion. However, how to keep the space gained with the intraoral appliance for crowding relief is what we need to consider. In this paper, we use pendulum appliance combines "cutting edge" brackets (Tip-Edge Plus) in these patients with crowing dentition without other auxiliary intraoral or extraoral appliances.
