Abstract
Using clip type self-ligation bracket combined with nickel-titanium arch wires can easily relief dental crowding and achieve arch expanding for adult patients with severe dentition crowding. This 25-year-old female was diagnosed as skeletal Class III with maxillary deficiency and severe dental crowding, anterior and posterior crossbite. We used clip type self-ligation bracket with non-tooth extraction, non-surgery, and non mini-implant insertion treatment. Successfully improved facial profile and achieve the harmonious proportion of vertical facial 's appearance.
